What you will do

• Write compelling, high-retention video scripts optimized for YouTube and various social media platforms.
• Research emerging technology topics to create accurate, educational, and entertaining content.
• Adapt quickly to shifting trends and feedback to produce timely social posts.
• Collaborate with editors and creators to ensure smooth narrative flow and strong visual pacing.

What we are looking for

• Strong foundational knowledge of technology trends, gadgets, and digital culture.
• A quick response time and the ability to ideate and write effectively under tight turnarounds.
• A portfolio, writing samples, or channel links demonstrating your scriptwriting or content creation abilities.
• A passion for storytelling and audience engagement within the digital creator space.

Good to have

• Basic understanding of YouTube SEO, retention metrics, and audience analytics.
• Familiarity with video editing basics or thumbnail creation.
• Prior experience managing personal or community social media channels.

Compensation and benefits

• Compensation: INR 120,000 to 240,000 per year.
